 Product Care 
 We recommend that our gourmet chocolates not be refrigerated, but rather stored in a cool, dry place, preferably at a temperature between 68-72°F.

If it is necessary to refrigerate your chocolates, please keep them in their original wrapping or other sealable packaging. This will help protect the chocolates from absorbing other food odors. Also, we recommend storing your chocolates in the warmest area of your refrigerator. This is typically the lowest section, away from the fan. When ready to enjoy or serve your chocolates, be sure to take them out of the refrigerator ahead of time. Their distinctive flavor will come through better at room temperature.
 
 Our Unique Process 
 Our chocolates are imported directly from Zürich, Switzerland, where chocolate-making has been an honored tradition for hundreds of years. The finest ingredients and more cocoa butter give them a richness not found in lesser-quality chocolates. In addition, our truffle centers are “conched” longer, creating an incomparable smoothness. Known for our exclusive Champagne Truffles, made with a French champagne center, we have dozens of varieties of gourmet chocolates to choose from.
